The Power Mac G5 (Triple Threat) was a stop gap model released in between the Power Mac G5 (Early 2005) and Power Mac G5 (Late 2005). It included three 2.7 GHz PowerPC 970fx CPUs but no expansion slots. Discontinued 3 months after its introduction, it is the shortest lived Mac.
